Essential Team

When Smoothie Essentials founders David and Ellie first met, she was a health nut and he was a junk food freak. Then when they started a family, they both wanted their kids to eat healthy. Their commitment to healthier living (which began by simply planting their own garden), soon spread to five yogurt and smoothie stores, before Smoothie Essentials Blends were born.

David and Ellie's idea was simple: a wide range of functional supplements, delicately mixed by herbalists for maximum health benefits.... and like all healthy things, it soon began to grow.

Today the Smoothie Essentials staff include:

Jay, who looks after the warehouse.

Kash, our European Distributor & Business Developer, who also knows plenty about farming having grown up on a Kenyan coffee plantation.

Martin, who heads up our Asia-Pacific distribution.
And rounding out the team are Bindya in finance, Mike in sales and Sally in HR.

With the help of our great staff and exceptional herbalists, David and Ellie's philosophy continues to find life in the existing Blends and new supplements. In fact, Dreyfus the black Lab is just about the only member of the team David hasn't tried to test out one of his new concoctions on. Yet.
